WHAT YOULL DO Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from easy to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef; Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations; Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items; Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies; Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.



WHAT YOULL BRING A qualified diploma in institutional cooking; Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry; Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques; Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency; Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
