Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations. The successful candidate will supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure the store operates efficiently while creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support store staff during daily operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Open and close the store and oversee cash handling.
Schedule, train, and motivate employees.
Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain store displays.
Ensure pricing, labels, and signage are accurate.
Monitor inventory and assist with receiving shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected store environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Help achieve sales goals and support overall store performance.

Qualifications




Previous retail supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Versatile to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
