Mosaic Primary Care Network is seeking a Primary Care Dietitian. This role focuses on nutritional assessment and intervention within Calgary’s northeast and southeast communities.

As a vital part of the team, the Primary Care Dietitian will assess patients' nutritional needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. The position emphasizes collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. Candidates should have solid communication skills and a team-oriented spirit to effect positive change in patient care and community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess nutritional status of individuals and groups
• Educate patients using motivational interviewing techniques




• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
• Consult with physicians for patient care feedback
• Participate in community health promotion events

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition
• Licensed with the College of Dietitians of Alberta
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of nutrition recommendations
• Solid communication and time management skills
