In this role at MUFG Investor Services, you will manage a full suite of fund accounting services for our private equity clients. With a minimum of three years in fund administration, your expertise will encompass tasks from preparing NAVs to overseeing investor allocations and capital call calculations. Engage with both internal teams and external clients to ensure all requests meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive fund accounting services
• Prepare NAV reviews and accurate security pricing




• Handle capital call and distribution calculations
• Manage fee schedule reviews confirming compliance
• Prepare financial statements and ad hoc deliverables

Requirements:
• Degree or qualified qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA)
• At least three years in Fund Administration, two in Private Equity
• Experience with Investran preferred
• Robust knowledge of Limited Partnership Agreements
• Supervisory skills or mentoring experience highly valued
