You will conduct dam inspections, oversee geotechnical evaluations, and prepare critical safety reports for clients and regulators. Additionally, mentoring and training junior engineers will be a key component of this role. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with advanced degrees preferred and P.Eng. registration in BC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and document dam safety inspections
• Develop monitoring and testing programs for dams
• Manage and prepare detailed reporting for clients




• Support construction management activities and inspections
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering
• Over 15 years of demonstrable dam safety expertise
• P.Eng. registration in British Columbia or Alberta
• Proficient with design engineering software
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
