In this role, you will be essential in preparing our fleet for the boating season. You will engage in various tasks, from winterizing and spring commissioning boats to executing necessary repairs. Partnering closely with our Head Technician, you’ll also play a vital role in training and mentoring junior technicians, ensuring they develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold fleet standards for customer satisfaction
• Manage spring commissioning and winter preparations
• Execute mechanical and electrical repairs effectively




• Participate in off-site emergency repair work
• Assist in the commissioning, hauling, and gas dock operations

Requirements:
• Knowledge of diesel engines and other marine systems
• Robust mentoring and organizational skills
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Willing to work in Peterborough and Smiths Falls
• English fluency and eligibility to work in Canada
