DBA Chevron and Triple O’s Salary: $40.00/Hourly Job Type: Full time, Permanent Language: English Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Minimum Education: High School Positions Available: 1 Job Location(s) 101 Trans- Canada Hwy Salmon Arm, British Columbia V1E 4P5 Canada Duties: •Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of the gas station, convenience store, and associated restaurant. •Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure effective, secure, and profitable business operations. •Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees, including cashiers, customer service representatives, food service staff, and shift supervisors. •Prepare employee work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements. •Monitor sales performance, establish sales targets, and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction. •Manage inventory levels by ordering fuel, retail merchandise, food products, and other supplies, while minimizing waste and shortages. •Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, deposits, and compliance with financial controls.



•Monitor fuel operations and ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards. •Oversee merchandising, product displays, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize sales. •Ensure the food service operation complies with food safety, sanitation, and public health regulations. •Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner. •Maintain records related to sales, inventory, staffing, and financial performance, and prepare operational reports for ownership. •Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, workplace policies, and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal requirements. Coordinate maintenance of equipment, fuel pumps, store facilities, and food service equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. •Control operating expenses, monitor budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
