With over three years in major gift settings, you will manage donor data integrity, optimize CRM processes, and offer support to development teams. Your role will ensure accurate reporting and effective pipeline management among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer donor and prospect database management daily
• Collaborate with the CRM and development teams for data quality




• Conduct prospect research and maintain relevant records
• Organize cultivation and stewardship events efficiently
• Document and train staff on CRM processes and standards

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience in a similar role
• 3+ years experience in donor lifecycle management
• Solid skills in data management and project organization
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and databases
