In this role, you will take charge of community events within the Sea to Sky, Bowen Island, West Vancouver, and Lions Bay areas. Collaborate with local organizations and leaders to foster relationships and support the Member's public engagement initiatives. Your expertise in event coordination and communication will play a crucial role in creating impactful community moments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute roundtables, town halls, and public engagements
• Build relationships with local leaders and organizations




• Draft outreach materials and coordinate event communications
• Provide logistical and in office support for community activities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience in event planning or coordination
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Robust organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of West Vancouver riding and its communities
