We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor/Server to lead our dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety standards, and provide outstanding customer service. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, maintain high-quality food and service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities
Supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety protocols
Lead and motivate team members, including interviewing, training, and managing staff performance
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and daily financial reconciliations
Ensure compliance with food handling, safety, and sanitation regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Assist with food industry tasks such as serving, food presentation, and kitchen support when needed
Monitor restaurant cleanliness,



organization, and overall ambiance to enhance guest satisfaction
Support restaurant management in implementing policies and achieving operational goals

Experience
Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment
Extensive food service experience including serving, food preparation, and kitchen support
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a quick-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
Barista experience or bar service background is advantageous but not required
Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
