Take on a senior role as Head of Finance for a global FMCG leader in Canada. Oversee entire finance functions including P&L; and operational decisions in a hybrid setting.

This role reports to the North American Finance Director and has close connections with the Canada Country Manager. With responsibility for FP&A;, trade, marketing finance, and supply chain finance, you'll lead a team of two Finance Controllers. Additionally, you will provide oversight on the upcoming ERP transition from SAP to D365 to ensure commercial finance requirements are fully integrated.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full P&L; and balance sheet responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Controllers
• Collaborate across various finance functions and leadership




• Guide marketing finance operations and trade finance matters
• Ensure seamless Canadian representation in ERP changes

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of post-qualification experience
• Solid background in commercial finance or FP&A; in CPG
• Degree in economics or finance; MBA or CPA advantageous
• Experience with SAP or transitioning to D365 preferred
• Prior exposure to ERP projects highly regarded
