Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies for Toward 2035 in your region
• Nurture existing congregations towards resilience and growth
• Encourage the establishment of recent communities of faith
• Work collaboratively with various church groups




• Facilitate outreach initiatives to broaden engagement

Requirements:
• Education in theology, ministry, or a related field
• At least four years in community development or ministry
• Robust organizational and administrative capabilities
• Insight into rural ministry dynamics is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
