Reporting to the Manager, Registrations, you will keep databases updated, communicate requirements, and respond to inquiries, making sure all compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor registration applications and maintain regulatory databases
• Escalate non-compliance issues to the Manager




• Communicate licensing requirements to staff effectively
• Coordinate with advisors for onboarding/offboarding processes
• Conduct research and resolve registration inquiries

Requirements:
• Successful completion of CSC or IFIC within one year
• Minimum two years’ industry experience
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
