As part of Magmart Inc., this role focuses on sourcing fabrics and managing production in Bangladesh to ensure we deliver exceptional clothing products. You will need at least seven years of experience in garments or merchandising. Direct interactions with reliable manufacturers will be key to maintaining our quality standards as you work from Canada to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source high-quality fabrics, trims, and accessories for apparel
• Lead the product development process from start to finish
• Conduct visits and quality inspections at garment factories




• Monitor production schedules and prepare reporting
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

Requirements:
• 7 years in garment production or sourcing experience
• Understanding of garment construction and quality control
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
• Proficient with Excel for reporting purposes
• Ability to work autonomously with professionalism
