Become a crucial player at Voyageur Aviation Corp. as the AMT Repair & Overhaul Report Administrator in North Bay, Ontario. You'll be tasked with managing inventory reports and routing aeronautical products across departments.

In this full time, in office role, you'll work closely with the Material Control team, reporting to the Director of Supply Management. Key duties include processing unserviceable parts, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Your organizational skills will be vital for liaising with departments regarding urgent parts and overseeing the staging area.

Key Responsibilities:



• Process and route unserviceable parts into Repair & Overhaul • Liaise on urgent parts processing across departments • Use Pull List to manage and order inventory • Generate and update inventory status reports • Transfer and receive parts efficiently into the system

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficient in MS Office Suite and WinAir • Solid communication and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and time management expertise
