In the position of Emergency Mitigation Manager, you will manage multiple emergency response teams to ensure each project is completed safely and efficiently. Collaborate with subcontractors, conduct inspections, and manage equipment setup. Your leadership will guide technicians, lead safety meetings, and keep team efforts focused on achieving excellent results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute emergency response and restoration projects
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and inspections
• Supervise equipment setup for drying and deodorization




• Lead team safety meetings and mentor technicians
• Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years of restoration or emergency management experience
• Proven leadership in managing teams over 2 years
• Familiarity with psychrometric analysis and drying sciences
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Relevant IICRC certifications in water restoration
