Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Operate CADD and relevant software
• Provide initial economic feasibility studies
• Advise on tendering processes and requirements

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 3 to 5 years of construction estimating experience
• Proficient in CADD and cost estimation software
• Solid communication skills with project stakeholders
• Ability to manage and monitor contract expenditures
