Middlesex County is looking for a Staff Educator who will collaborate with Department Managers to assess training needs and implement effective educational strategies. This role involves maintaining training libraries and records while supporting quality assurance initiatives through staff education. Your contributions will directly enhance the care services provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on training needs assessment for staff
• Develop and present training programs for recent and existing staff




• Maintain electronic training records and educational libraries
• Coordinate compliance with provincial and federal training requirements
• Facilitate staff education for emergency response planning

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in health or social services
• Two years of adult education experience
• Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) certified
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Criminal Record Check necessary
