Reporting to the Senior Manager of Design Engineering, the Principal Engineer plays a key role in the Airworthiness Engineering Organization. You will oversee engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada airworthiness regulations. This position encompasses technical advice and mentorship, along with the ability to enhance guest experience through efficient engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on solutions
• Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation




• Lead project design reviews to ensure compliance
• Recommend improvements to engineering processes
• Conduct testing to ensure safety and adherence

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, or related)
• Minimum 7 years in engineering design or airline industry
• Robust leadership and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of airworthiness regulations
• Qualified Engineer license holder or eligible
