Take the helm at our manufacturing facility as a Shop Foreman overseeing daily operations of custom conveyor belt production. This hands-on leadership role requires solving daily challenges while driving continuous improvement and fostering team collaboration.
In this role, you'll supervise shop personnel directly while managing production scheduling, inventory control, and safety protocols. The Shop Foreman is responsible for optimizing workflows and maintaining high manufacturing quality. Additionally, you will be key in talent acquisition and performance management to ensure staff success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage weekly production schedules in collaboration with department leads
• Verify readiness of components before starting production
• Lead Daily Operational Reviews to address scheduling conflicts
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
• Enforce safety policies and quality control standards
Requirements:
• Proven management experience in manufacturing environments
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably with Industrios
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills
