Contribute to Fix Network’s success as a Learning Systems and Analytics Specialist in Milton or Calgary. This role focuses on enhancing learning through Zensai’s Learn365 LMS and Microsoft 365 integration.

You will take charge of LMS administration, configuration, and optimal use of learning analytics. Responsibilities include managing learning pathways, ensuring compliance training, and supporting diverse user groups including franchisees. Your role will enhance the learning experience through continuous improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize LMS administration and user experience
• Maintain compliance and reporting standards for training
• Collaborate on content creation and knowledge management




• Monitor learning data and generate actionable insights
• Improve accessibility of learning resources for all users

Requirements:
• Demonstrated LMS administration experience, particularly with Zensai
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Power BI and Excel
• Solid analytical capabilities for evaluating learning effectiveness
• Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles
• Must be bilingual in French Canadian and English
