As the Operations Supervisor, you will manage and prioritize daily activities in the warehouse, ensuring both quality and efficiency while minimizing costs. Your commitment to training and staff development will enhance team performance and morale. Work full time Monday to Friday from either 4:00 pm – 12:30 am or 6:00 pm – 2:30 am.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations effectively
• Motivate and train staff for high performance

• Manage the secure receiving and storage of products

Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse
• Knowledge of operations management beneficial
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Forklift certification willingness required
• Strong ability to manage conflict and build teams
