As a key member of the team, you will support fundraising initiatives, manage donor relations, and oversee database maintenance. Collaborate with staff to create memorable donor experiences and maintain robust pipelines for grants.

• Develop newsletters and thank-you letters for donor engagement
• Manage the entire grant application process
• Direct social media content strategy for brand visibility

Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising and donor relations
• Knowledge of NXT database management
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record in volunteer management
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
