Elevate compliance training and governance with ATB as a Senior Manager for Policy Governance. This temporary role centers on regulatory expertise and impactful training development.

In this 12-month term, you will lead compliance policy updates and training initiatives at ATB. Engage with cross-functional teams to create programs that empower team members and enhance compliance understanding. Your analytical and creative skills will help identify training gaps and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance policies consistent with regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members
• Coordinate compliance training at key events and conferences




• Update internal compliance forms and collaborate on compliance matters
• Provide expertise during audits and regulatory examinations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a CIRO regulated firm
• Solid knowledge of Securities Legislation and regulatory landscape
• Experience developing training materials and presentations
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
