This full-time, permanent role requires a qualified with 5–10 years in commercial HVAC/R. You will diagnose issues, conduct training, and engage in in office assessments across various systems, emphasizing customer satisfaction and effective communication. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver post-sales technical support through various channels
• Troubleshoot equipment issues for commercial systems
• Conduct tailored training sessions for clients




• Assist with startup processes both in office and remotely
• Evaluate warranty claims and prepare detailed reports

Requirements:
• Completion of an HVAC/R Technical program with field experience
• Understanding of air and water-side systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience in customer service or project management is beneficial
