This position requires an individual who is not only a strategic thinker but also passionate about labor rights and community advocacy. You will manage campaign initiatives, oversee team dynamics, and implement policies that align with CUPE Ontario’s mission of equality and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize province-wide campaigns, elections, and events
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets and progress
• Drive union advocacy campaigns for social equity
• Assess all campaign plans for effectiveness and resources
• Support the coordination of annual conventions
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in campaign management
• Expertise in labor or political organizing field
• Familiarity with CUPE policies and frameworks
• Knowledge of contemporary campaigning techniques
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication
