Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will step into a highly visible role with broad exposure across accounting, finance, operations, and business strategy.

What You''ll Be Doing Lead month-end and year-end close activities Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reporting, budgets, and forecasts Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR,



reconciliations, and payroll oversight Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term financial planning Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Develop and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the finance function Partner with senior leadership on strategic projects, business planning, and operational decision-making Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting team members
