Key Responsibilities:
• Perform month-end financial reporting and close processes

• Manage payroll preparation and compliance
• Develop financial dashboards and data-driven insights
• Monitor project profitability and operational performance

Requirements:
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Familiarity with accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Solid project-based financial acumen
• Advanced proficiency in reporting and analytics
• CPA designation preferred with experience in skilled services
