Become a critical member of Mattamy Homes Canada as a People & Culture Specialist based in Mississauga, Ontario. This hybrid position emphasizes employee support and recruitment for site operations.

In this full time role under the Director of People & Culture, you will manage employee relations, onboarding, and performance management for the GTA Construction and Warranty work environments. You'll advise and coach leaders while fostering solid workplace relationships that promote a respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support for construction site operations
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning efforts
• Coach site leaders on HR policies and legislation
• Resolve employee relations conflicts and concerns




• Collaborate on People & Culture projects with the HR team

Requirements:
• Required degree in Human Resources or similar
• At least 3 years of HR experience in unionized settings
• Proficient understanding of Ontario employment regulations
• Demonstrated recruitment experience in site-focused roles
• Solid interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
