Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise visits with an emphasis on child safety
• Maintain respectful family interactions and communication
• Accurately document observations for reporting
• Support clients navigating healthcare and social services
• Implement safety planning and effective crisis de-escalation
Requirements:
• High School diploma; relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in child or family services
• Familiarity with cognitive disabilities and related challenges
• Solid documentation and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and ability to provide background checks
