Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of property claims efficiently
• Set explicit expectations and timelines for investigations
• Prepare complete file strategies and policy coverage analysis
• Investigate claims through detailed report evaluations
• Communicate claim adjustments in written correspondence
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in commercial and residential property
• Robust understanding of construction and property insurance
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Digital literacy and basic accounting knowledge
• Licensing in NB, PEI & NFLD is an asset
