As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee space allocation, coordinate essential facility improvements, and carry out inspections to ensure standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate improvement projects and office moves
• Coordinate facilities alterations and gain necessary approvals
• Assist in departmental capital budget preparation




• Conduct facility inspections and monitor PM tasks
• Collaborate with subcontractors for facility-related work

Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Technology/Engineering
• Experience in Facility Management with at least 3 years in relevant roles
• Knowledge of MS Project and scheduling techniques
• Familiarity with contracts and planning procedures
• Understanding of Labor Relations and Union dynamics
