What Youll Do: Answer inbound calls from dental patients professionally and warmly.

Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.

Answer general questions about services, locations, and insurance (training provided).

Handle patient concerns with empathy and confidence.

Accurately document calls and patient Information.
