Become a vital part of Hydrafacial's team as a Training Specialist focused on customer education and device use throughout your region. Frequent travel is required for on-call training responsibilities.
As a Training Specialist, you’ll conduct thorough device training, support in-office education, and participate in events to showcase Hydrafacial products. Partner with various teams to enhance product awareness and ensure effective utilization of our devices within med-spas and resorts. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate device training and installation for current users
• Support ongoing education for established clients
• Conduct demonstrations in tradeshows and corporate settings




• Manage travel for training sessions and events efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional initiatives
Requirements:
• Required college degree or Licensed Esthetician
• At least 3 years of relevant training experience
• Willing to travel extensively (75%+)
• Excellent priority management and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients
