Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc (TteS) seeks a dedicated Flusher Operator to maintain essential sewer systems. This full-time position emphasizes safe work practices while operating flusher/vacuum trucks.
In this role within the Planning & Engineering department, you will ensure the cleanliness and functionality of sewer and drainage infrastructure. Your tasks will include flushing, cleaning, and maintaining sewer lines and drainage systems. Commitment to safety and regular equipment inspection is paramount to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate flusher/vacuum trucks for sewer maintenance
• Conduct flushing operations to avoid blockages
• Clean and inspect drainage facilities and equipment




• Complete daily maintenance logs and safety records
• Facilitate emergency response activities if required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equal certification
• BC Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement
• Preferred 3 years of truck operation experience
• Solid knowledge of safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure
