In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is looking for skilled Registered Nurses to assist clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, wound care, and supporting chronic disease management. You will also help clients with daily living tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled nursing services within RN practice
• Monitor vital signs and assess client conditions
• Communicate health concerns with the healthcare team
• Support clients with personal care and mobility
• Build rapport and promote emotional well-being
Requirements:
• Hold a valid RN license from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Certification in CPR/First Aid required
• Experience with tracheal suctioning essential
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
