As a Public Health Nurse, you’ll operate with autonomy while promoting health and well-being across various settings. This position emphasizes family-centered care, where you will work collaboratively with health professionals and community partners to deliver comprehensive support. Key tasks will involve community and health assessments, immunization control, and advocacy for health policy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform health assessments for families and communities
• Deliver routine and complex immunization services
• Advocate for healthy public policy options




• Collaborate with other health professionals
• Maintain and document electronic health records
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with CRNA practice permit
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in pertinent areas
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations
• Ability to manage supplies and respond to emergencies
Foster health promotion, client advocacy, and community engagement as a Public Health Nurse focused on the well-being of individuals and families.
