Whistler Blackcomb is excited to fill the Ski & Ride School Assistant Manager position for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. This role emphasizes supervising instruction, assisting with administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with policies while focusing on an exceptional guest experience. Your leadership will help shape a world-class ski school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of Ski and Ride School
• Assist with payroll and equipment inventory management
• Document and review instructor performance and feedback




• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with management and third-party organizations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 1-3 years ski/snowboard instructor, at least 1 year supervisory
• PSIC/CASI/CSIA certification necessary
• Availability for nights, holidays, and weekends
• Fluency in English is required
