Cencora is seeking a dedicated nurse to support its Innomar Strategies division in Canada. You will have the chance to administer medications, monitor infusion treatments, and provide extensive patient education. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, as you'll coordinate with various healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications in home or clinic settings
• Monitor and report on IV infusion treatments
• Provide patient education based on protocols
• Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, and clinics
• Participate in training sessions to enhance nursing standards
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in nursing or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Registered Practical Nurse
• Current registration with provincial licensing body
• Experience with IV therapy highly valued
• Valid driver's license and insurance coverage
