Join the Organized Crime Agency of BC as a Junior Criminal Intelligence Analyst in Green Timbers. This full-time, in-office role focuses on data collection and criminal trend analysis.
As a key member of the Gang Intervention and Exiting Team, you will support strategic initiatives and produce intelligence reports. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Sociology, along with robust analytical and communication skills. Contribute to operational analysis and establish networks to identify crime trends across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop data collection strategies
• Analyze evolving criminal trends and patterns
• Prepare reports on criminal associations and trends
• Conduct operational and strategic analysis
• Communicate findings through various formats
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of computer and software experience
• Experience in data visualization tools
• Ability to obtain RCMP Top Secret clearance
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Utilize analytical skills to support crime-fighting efforts with the Organized Crime Agency of BC.
