In this in-person role, you'll report to the Sr. Manager – Line Maintenance, focusing on front-line maintenance personnel. You will ensure safety standards are upheld while managing maintenance tasks and team performance for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance personnel's skill and equipment levels
• Ensure compliance with safety promises and standards
• Expedite maintenance coordination for minimal scheduling impact




• Manage staffing levels for scheduled and unscheduled tasks
• Lead, coach, and mentor AMEs for optimal performance
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
• Knowledge of industry practices and self-management
• Proven ability to build cross-department relationships
• Solid communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
