This role involves coordinating logistics and leading staff to ensure every participant has a safe and enjoyable experience. You will deliver programs such as fire building, canoeing, and high ropes courses, while also ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Building relationships with campers and team members is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead outdoor programs for various groups
• Serve as a primary contact for in office inquiries
• Implement safety procedures and respond to emergencies
• Mentor fellow educators in best practices
• Assist in maintaining and organizing program materials
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a program facilitation role
• Required Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Preferred experience with high ropes and Challenge Course
• Communicative and engaging leadership style
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
