Qualifications and Skills Required:

- 1. Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
- 2. Ability to perform heavy physical tasks.
- 3. Ability to operate building and custodial equipment.
- 4. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

The duties, responsibilities and requirements for this position are not limited to the above but may include all of those in the Job Description for Custodian.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees,

even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.

This position is part of the CUPE Local 1310 bargaining unit. The terms and conditions of employment for this position are contained within the CUPE Collective Agreement, including any applicable union dues.
