We are looking for a dedicated Parts Advisor at Guelph KIA who can handle immediate customer needs in our busy back counter. You will assist in sourcing automotive parts and ensuring that customers receive the service they deserve. A background in customer service or automotive knowledge is helpful, but we are interested in training motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and source automotive parts for customers
• Process parts orders and manage inventory efficiently
• Maintain an organized and comprehensive parts department




• Support technicians and the service department with parts availability
• Follow safety policies and dealership procedures
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• CDK experience is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license
