This temporary part-time position offers a 0.50 FTE role within the MD Obstetrics LDRP department, focusing on a variety of responsibilities including prenatal assessments and operative birthing duties. Successful candidates will need to be adaptable, working across both maternal and newborn care in a quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive prenatal assessment and women’s health care
• Assist in vaginal and Caesarean deliveries
• Ensure proficiency in neonatal resuscitation protocols




• Support and educate mothers on breastfeeding techniques
• Maintain flexible work across all unit areas

Requirements:
• Must possess registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses
• Two years recent perinatal nursing experience
• Completion of the Fetal Health Surveillance in Labour course
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Current Breastfeeding Certificate preferred
