This shared position involves creating a comprehensive school guidance program, implementing interventions, and participating in response planning for critical incidents. Your expertise in individual and group counseling will be crucial in fostering a protected and inclusive environment across multiple school locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a school guidance program each year
• Conduct school site visits as per outlined schedule




• Provide daily virtual support regarding student development
• Facilitate assessments for student learning needs
• Collaborate with staff, students, and parents for effective outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education and NL Teaching Certificate
• Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology
• Experience in individual and group counseling
