You will lead technical project management efforts and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
• Design EDI integrations based on partner requirements
• Support production issues with escalation map fixes
• Develop technical designs and specifications




• Engage in discussions with IT and business stakeholders
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot EDI processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Experience in EDI mapping, preferably with IBM Sterling
• Aptitude for data analysis and report generation
• Flexibility to adapt under pressure and during high workloads
• Exceptional skills in clearly conveying complex data
