This permanent role is instrumental in supporting the execution of Ground Control Programs and collaborating with mine-site technical teams. You will oversee aspects of underground mining, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure zero harm while meeting production targets
• Maintain reliable mine excavations under corporate policies
• Update Mine Design Package annually with team input




• Collaborate on Ground Control and Seismic Risk Management
• Optimize mine execution plans for safety and production

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mining or Geotechnical Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Professional Engineer Designation (P.Eng.) is mandatory
• Understanding of mining standards and design software
• Robust people leadership and decision-making abilities
