Take on the Duty Counsel position at Legal Aid Ontario where you will handle Criminal and Family law cases. Provide critical legal support to unrepresented clients in a compassionate workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Triage client cases and determine service eligibility

• Conduct bail negotiations and pre-trial proceedings

Requirements:
• Valid license with the Law Society of Ontario
• Dedication to social justice and equity initiatives
• Familiarity with relevant criminal and family legislation
• Robust oral and written advocacy skills
• Capacity to travel between court locations as needed
