In this role, you will provide specialized care for young people aged 12 to 25 at Foundry Tri-Cities in British Columbia. Responsibilities include conducting both walk-in and scheduled appointments, coordinating integrated treatment plans, and engaging families in the care process. Emphasizing trauma-informed and culturally secure practices is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary, mental health, and substance use care to youth
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive support
• Conduct educational activities for healthcare trainees




• Document clinical interactions using EMR systems
• Implement strengths-based approaches in all care delivered

Requirements:
• Fully registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C.
• Medical indemnity coverage with the CMPA
• Expertise in adolescent development and health care
• Comfort with reproductive and gender-affirming care planning
• Cooperative skills with an interdisciplinary focus
